  • Yes! While I specialize in working with BIPOC and Asian Americans, I welcome and work with people of all identities and backgrounds.

  • This really depends on your living situation and personal preference. I’ve seen in-person and virtual therapy both be equally effective. Some of my clients prefer meeting in-office where there’s a guaranteed neutral and confidential space. Other clients prefer the convenience of virtual sessions, especially if they live outside of the SGV area. If we meet virtually, you’ll need to be physically located in CA, not driving, and in a private space with stable Wi-fi. If you’re unsure which option works best for you, you can also try both and see what feels best for you!

  • My fee is $200 per 50-minute session.

  • I typically recommend weekly sessions to start, and then later decreasing to bi-weekly (every other week) sessions. Clients who attend therapy at a regular cadence tend to get the most out of therapy and see progress faster. I am very collaborative in my approach, so we’ll work together to determine what frequency makes most sense.

  • Sessions cancelled in under 48 hours or no-shows will still be charged the full session fee.
